What data we process

This menu does not ask for any personal data. As with any website, the hosting server automatically records technical browsing data (IP address, browser, date and time of the request) for security and to keep the service running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept only for the time needed for these purposes.

Cookies

The menu uses no profiling, advertising or analytics cookies, and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. The "My list" feature is stored only on your device and is never sent to the restaurant. You can delete it at any time with the "Clear" button.

External links

Buttons such as WhatsApp, Maps, Instagram, Facebook, reviews and online booking take you to third-party services, which process data under their own privacy policies.

Processor

The service is provided and hosted by Space Gemini Technology, acting as data processor on behalf of the controller (Art. 28 GDPR).

Your rights

You may exercise the rights under Arts. 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection) by contacting the controller, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
